The fully automatic aseptic ice machine, also known as the fully automatic aseptic (saline) ice machine, fully automatic medical ice machine, or fully automatic operating room dedicated ice machine, is an ice machine specifically designed and used for organ transplant surgeries.
Product Introduction:
The aseptic saline ice machine is designed to continuously produce soft, spikeless ice slush to meet the needs of surgical procedures. For example, it is used in emergency surgeries for hypothermic transport of transplant organs, myocardial protection in extracorporeal circulation surgery, organ transplantation surgeries, patellar claw internal fixation, renal parenchymal incision for stone removal, and other procedures.

Automatic Ice Making
No manual stirring is required during the ice-making process; ice slush forms automatically.
No cumbersome sterilization procedures required
Uses disposable sterile ice-making film, eliminating the need for tedious manual sterilization of ice trays.
LCD touch screen display, program control
This model is equipped with an LCD touch screen display and built-in patented programs, allowing for scheduled use, greatly facilitating user arrangements and coordination with surgical times.
Ice Scoop
Each ice machine comes with an ice scoop to scrape off any remaining ice slush from the basin wall and completely remove it from the ice-making basin. The ice scoop is made of special material and can be gas-sterilized or high-temperature sterilized.
Easy to Move:
Equipped with handles for pushing the machine, and standard universal casters allow for arbitrary changes in machine position.
Product Parameters
Ice basin capacity is approximately 7 liters, 10 liters, or 15 liters, easy to move and convenient for disinfection.
Freezing temperature is -37℃ (degrees Celsius).

The internal copper pipes of the machine are immersed in refrigerant, allowing for sufficient heat exchange and good cooling efficiency;
The ice-making tray is made of medical-grade stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and suitable for high-temperature sterilization;
