Sterile ice machine, also known as sterile (saline) ice machine, medical ice machine, or operating room specific ice machine, is an ice machine specifically designed for organ transplant surgeries.
Product Introduction:
The sterile saline ice machine is designed to meet the needs of surgical procedures by continuously producing a soft, spikeless ice slurry. For example, for the hypothermic transport of transplanted organs during surgery or emergency procedures. It is self-contained, portable, and easy to operate. No other equipment support is needed. The stainless steel ice basin meets hospital standard requirements. During operation, inject a heat transfer medium (freezing point -37℃) into the ice well, then add the required physiological saline to the ice basin and press the control switch. When the ice slurry begins to form, simply stir the solution. If more ice slurry is needed after it is used up, repeat the above steps with the same volume of pre-cooled solution.

One-touch control switch
Press the control switch, and the indicator light will illuminate, indicating that the refrigeration system is running. Pressing the switch again will terminate the refrigeration process.
Ice scoop
Each ice machine is equipped with an ice scoop, which can scrape off residual ice slurry from the basin wall and thoroughly remove it from the ice basin. The ice scoop is made of special material and can be gas-sterilized or high-temperature sterilized.
Easy to move:
Equipped with a handle for pushing the machine, and standard swivel casters allow for arbitrary changes in machine position.
