Product Usage
The ice shape of a snowflake ice maker is relatively damp, with a moisture content generally between 15% and 25%, and a temperature slightly below zero degrees Celsius. It has good plasticity and is easy to use and accumulate,
The ice produced is in the form of amorphous small particles, snowflake like broken ice that can penetrate narrow gaps, with fast cooling speed and good ice bath effect. It is specially designed for the laboratory and is particularly suitable for living
Used in laboratories such as life sciences, medicine, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, and fishing, and inspection and quarantine
Installation and use instructions
The ice maker should not be used outdoors, avoid places that are wet or easily exposed to water
The ice machine should be placed in a place with no corrosive gas and good ventilation, and a distance of about 200mm should be left around to ensure that the machine has good ventilation and heat dissipation.
When the ice maker is in place, the feet should be adjusted to make the machine stable, and it should be parked for about 10 hours for the first time before starting up.
The drain pipe should be lower than the box to facilitate smooth drainage
It is not allowed to pull the temporary line, and a fixed power socket should be installed
A separate three-prong socket must be used and must be well grounded
The power supply voltage should be used around 190~240V
The ambient temperature should be around 5~35℃
When transporting, the machine should not be tilted more than 45°, and it is strictly forbidden to turn it upside down.
Non-professional maintenance personnel are not allowed to open the machine for repair without authorization
