Since September, the Hebei Provincial Environmental Monitoring Center has successively published bidding and winning bid information for the "1+18" Atmospheric Monitoring Special Project. The bidding information shows that for the "1+18" Atmospheric Monitoring Special Project, the Hebei Provincial Environmental Monitoring Center plans to invest 260.31 million yuan in this round of procurement, and the winning bid results indicate that this round of procurement cost a total of 248.2 million yuan, of which Sailhero Environmental Protection, as the sole environmental monitoring instrument manufacturer, won bids totaling 228.7 million yuan.
This round of procurement is divided into 4 packages.
