Infringement Warning and Statement Regarding 'Shanghai [Certain] Yue Electronic Instrument Co., Ltd.'

As an enterprise specializing in instrument and equipment R&D and manufacturing, our company has always been committed to providing users with high-quality products and services. Based on the research and development of sterile ice makers [used in the medical field, also known as sterile (saline) ice makers], we have successively obtained multiple patents, including 'Sterile Ice Maker' (Patent No.: ZL 2017 2 1796213.5), 'A Sterile Ice Maker' (Patent No.: ZL 2018 2 0794964.1), and 'An Automatic Sterile Ice Maker' (Patent No.: ZL 2018 2 0796853,4). The corresponding invention patents are currently under review.
On May 14, 2018, Shanghai [Certain] Yue Electronic Instrument Co., Ltd. purchased one GYWJ-8 sterile ice maker from our company, claiming it was for sale to Shanghai [Certain] Hospital. Shortly thereafter, upon feedback from a partner, we discovered that the company had listed sterile (saline) ice maker products on its website, with text descriptions and images almost identical to our company's product-related materials. After communicating with the person in charge of the other party, we believe that the company is highly suspected of serious infringement. Our company has collected and preserved relevant evidence and reserves the right to pursue legal action for this behavior.
